Just want to add that in the asian market the cod may be even more expensive than the trout; both are just overpiced, must be the color. In one of our trip we found the barracuda porridge to be even more tasty than the coral cod porridge.
errr if you steam it then there is a difference between a barracuda and coral cod >_<
