I understand that this is effective for big snapper. Will it work with Singapore snapper?

That is a very interesting rig ... i guess ... it opens up the bait to allow the scent to exude better.
As far as bait presentation.. it's kind of strange to want to do that ... cos it wouldn't look natural ... maybe works for the tum jiak king - Grouper
