Plenty But Lonely - 28/2/2006
My usual fishing buddies don't do weekday local fishing trips. Francis, the only buddy that is mad enough to take leave and fish on a weekday could not make it and so I went alone to fish with Ah Chong around the Tekong area. The catch was pretty good but I felt rather lonely and left for shore at about 3 pm - Ah Chong may be a good boatman but he is certainly not the best companion. Anyway the photos, not the best - taken using my handphone:

hey, remember last time the malay boatman, he got a kelong. want to go there to fish? but his kelong not as nice as the previous one we went... just some thought :-)

light outfit will do - 10 to 20 lb main line and leader maybe about 30 to 40 lbs. usually fished with size 11/2 to 2 weight.
